The mechanical engineering team provides clarification and verification of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire suppression systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing final mechanical layout drawings and schematics for consistency
  • Ensuring material schedules and specifications align with authority codes and performance targets
  • Responding to bidder technical clarifications and evaluating proposed equipment
  • Supporting QS and PMC during scope evaluations and technical scoring

Mechanical consultants must confirm that all system capacities, zoning, and installation provisions are coordinated with architectural and electrical designs.
